The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualities and attributes:
• B.Sc in English/Mass communication or any relevant discipline within the social sciences
• At least 4 years experience as the PA to a managing executive of a large organization
• Highly skilled in the use of computer
• Excellent communicating skills and ability to take initiatives and work independently

As the PA to the MD, you will be required to:
• Assist the MD to manage output, workflow and deadline
• Liaise with relevant body to plan and hold conferences, meetings.
• Coordinate the MD’s travel itinerary.
• Conduct research, media relations and promotinal work.
• Initiate, source and develop strategic information and technical data from relevant bodies to support and enhance the MD’s broad network, competitive and business intelligence and professional affiliation.
• Develop and maintain a mini library as a reference guide to write quality speeches as required.
• Develop the MD’s internal and external communication through briefing, suggestions, detailed report, strategic advice and correspondence.
