General Manager in the Hospitality Industry

Job Type: General Manager

Company: A chain of fast food restaurants with locations across Nigeria

We are looking for leadership at every level, one of which is a General Manager.
As a General Manager in this organization, you will be responsible for:
  • leading a higher level planning of the company's day-to-day activities
  • Supporting the Executive Management team in the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization
  • policy implementation, general operation and administrative supervision
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports (on a monthly and quarterly basis showing progress against set targets.
  • Coordinate, Manage and evaluate staffing and training needs of the organization to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all Statutory and Company Health, Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are followed and corrective action taken as necessary.
  • Prepare and take part in conferences, hold meetings and brief the board on the state of affairs in the company.
Requirements:

  • Sound communication skills (oral and written)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Energy, Confidence and flexibility
  • Highly analytical and decisive decision maker
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience
  • Minimum of a B.Sc degree.
Candidate must possess significant years of mangement experience in Hospitality FMCG, manufacturing or other related industry.
